Dotty Gilliam has been in the aesthetics arena since 2018. Her mission is to help patients achieve the most refreshed and optimized version of themselves. Dotty’s main role as an aesthetic consultant is to walk the patient through options of injectable treatments while staying within their budget and lifestyle demands.

Dotty states “Injectable aesthetic treatments are not about vanity. While they certainly can be, more often what I see is the patient who has low self-esteem due to looking tired and mad when they don’t feel that way at all. The patient who experienced divorce or the loss of a partner wants to reinvent themselves before they hit the dating scene. The person who is starting over in their career and overwhelmed because they are competing with applicants decades younger. And especially the patient who may have some sort of deformity or flaw from an accident. By using the injectable arts we can give men and women alike their confidence back. In many cases give them confidence they’ve never experienced.”

Dotty is a 4th generation Huntsville native. She and her husband have four children. She has trained with Allergan Aesthetics, Merz, Evolus, and Revanesse. Dotty is an injector assistant.
